Awards
Best Paper Award
- Papers are judged based on the review score of the written paper, quality of the conference presentation, and grouped into a few key areas.
- Nominated papers in the same key area will be presented in the same session.
- Only full paper submissions which are presented at the conference will be eligible for the best paper award.
Best Student Paper Award
- The first author of the paper should be a registered university student.
- Only full papers submissions which are presented at the conference will be considered.
Best Industrial Paper Award
- The first author shall come from the industry.
- Only full papers submissions which are presented at the conference will be considered.
Best Oral Presentation Award
- For every session, one best oral presentation will be
selected by session chairs according to the originality,
applicability, Technical Merit, PPT and English.
Best Poster Presentation Award
- For every session, one best oral presentation will be
selected by session chairs according to the originality,
applicability, Technical Merit, PPT and English.
Outstanding Reviewer Award
- Outstanding Reviewer Award is presented to individuals who
have demonstrated exceptional dedication and expertise in
reviewing submissions for the conference. These individuals have
provided insightful and constructive feedback, contributing to
the overall quality of the conference proceedings.
Outstanding Organizing Award
- Outstanding Contribution Award is given to an special
session chairs who has made a significant contribution to the
WAAE 2026.
